What if I need a new website or a redesign?
No problem! You can use either our Standard or E-Commerce plan and we’ll help you bring your WordPress theme to life. Or, we can offer you a custom solution based on your exact needs. Just contact us to find out how we can help.
What exactly does “unlimited content edits” include?
Edits to content, changes in plugin settings, CSS adjustments, and the like are all included. Custom coding, graphic design, PSD to WordPress, content writing, and the like are not included.
What does it take to get started?
Getting started is 100% free. You can sign up today and start making the most of our services for 14 days without paying anything. If you are interested in more extensive services, feel free to contact us before or after you sign up.
Can I host my WordPress site with a different host?
You are required to host with PurplePress in order to utilize any of our services. This is a requirement because we need server-level access in order to ensure we can effectively handle any and every need.
What if my website isn’t a WordPress website?
We offer services to convert your existing website, or even PSD files, to WordPress. These services allow you to move to a more manageable and effective CMS at a very reasonable cost.
How is communication handled?
We have developed a custom plugin which allows you to communicate with us directly from your WordPress dashboard. From here, you will be able to contact our support staff directly. For custom work, you would be assigned a dedicated project manager.
How long does a typical request take?
Every task and website is unique, so there really isn’t a typical turnaround time for a request. Most basic content updates can be completed within 1-2 business days, but we’ll let you know if something will take longer.
Do I maintain ownership of my website?
You will maintain ownership of the entire website. Your ownership extends to the content, HTML and CSS, and theme license. You may transfer your website to a different host at any time.
Do you offer one-off fixes, or do I have to be on a plan?
We do not offer one-off fixes or other jobs apart from our plans. In order to receive any website work, including custom, separately quoted work, you must select a plan. You may cancel at any time, however.
